You accept and agree that have read and understand the Terms and Condition by accessing our Website, registering an account with us or by ordering any Goods or Services from this Website.

Hello Pasar reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and in our sole discretion. If we make changes to these Terms and Conditions, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email notification, providing notice through the Sites or updating the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to review the Terms and Conditions frequently to ensure that you understand the Terms and Conditions that apply when you access or use the Websites ordering any Goods or Services. If you do not agree to the revised Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use the Websites ordering any Goods or Services.

The Goods and or Services is for your own consumption or use and strictly prohibited for resale.


Registration of Account

Before placing an order from Hello Pasar, you are required to register an account with us. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

Only one Hello Pasar account is allowed for each registered phone number.

You must ensure your account details keep secure. Do not share your account information to any third party.

Immediately notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Sites or your account. You further understand and agree that Hello Pasar may take actions we deem reasonably necessary to prevent, respond to, pursue or remedy suspected or actual fraud and abuse, including without limitation, termination or suspension of your account.


Meal Subscription and Groceries

We offer different subscription plans for our Meal Subscription and groceries.

Meal Subscription able to select the number of persons and meals per week.

All of our Products are subject to availability.


Prices

Hello Pasar reserve the right to change the Prices listed in the Website at any time.


Total Bill

The Total Bill for Delivery, Goods or Services ordered, including delivery charges and other taxes, will be displayed on the Website when you complete your Order at your check out cart. We shall not supply the Goods to you until we have accepted your Order. Acceptance of your Order by Hello Pasar shall take place when you received our confirmation of order stating that we are accepting your Order.

Mode of Payment

All prices on our Website are shown in Malaysia Ringgit (RM). Full payment must be made for all Goods dispatched and Services provided. Payment can be made by: (i) online payment via credit or debit card; or (ii) cash-on-delivery.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your meal subscription or groceries items before 5p.m. at least in one day earlier before the delivery date by emailing to general@hellopasar.com with your order number and reason. However, if after the above mentioned time given, orders cannot be cancelled. You will responsible for all charges with respect to any Meal Subscription and / or groceries.

Refund for the Cancellation of your meal subscription and / or groceries items will be required 10 working days.
